Downsizing from a large Eastside home to a condo near the water that came fully furnished presented numerous challenges. Our initial design services focused on editing down and integrating select furniture, art and lighting from the owner's old home and identifying any pieces to keep from their new space. Fresh paint, new lighting schemes, and selecting a few new furniture pieces brought the owners' s vision of a comfortable, simple space that highlighted the water views. After a period of time, the owners opted to update the kitchen and dining area. Our layout and design choices maximized their location's views and created flexible options for entertaining small or mid-size groups.
